Innergex Receives Bronze Parity Certification By Women in Governance

LONGUEUIL, Quebec, December 5, 2022 – Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (TSX: INE) (“Innergex” or the “Corporation”) has been awarded Bronze Parity Certification by La Gouvernance au Féminin, an initiative aimed at empowering all women and closing the gender gap in the corporate environment. The Bronze Parity Certification recognizes the efforts made by Innergex to achieve parity. This certification is the result of a rigorous assessment that included more than 75 quantitative and qualitative criteria of Innergex's position on the gender parity spectrum by analyzing its strategies and actions and the results they produce. Women in Governance then provides coaching to help certified companies continue to improve their performance in advancing women's careers.
