The Rougemont 1 wind farm is located in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in the municipalities of Autechaux, Trouvans, Verganne, and Verne, in the Doubs department (25).
The wind farm consists of 13 wind turbines, with a total capacity of 36.1 MW. Its average annual output is 78,400 MWh of renewable electricity, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of approximately 16,700 French households.
