(“Innergex”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Niko Nikolaidis as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Lito Charet as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). These appointments further strengthen the corporation's executive leadership team as Innergex advances its strategic priorities and enters a new phase of growth.

Mr. Nikolaidis brings more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure and renewable energy investments across North America, South America and Europe. Since joining Innergex in 2021, he has played a key role in the Corporation's growth and financial strategy, leading major financing, investment, treasury and capital planning initiatives.
