As part of the 5th Quebec Wind Energy Industry Gala, Innergex is proud to announce the nominations of the Mesgi’g Ugju’s’n wind farm in the category Excellence in Human Resources, of Mesgi’g Ugju's’n Project Director Terri Lynn Morrison, as a Rising Star, and of Troy Jerome, Executive Director for the Mi’gmawei Mawiomi Secretariat and Chairman of the MU Board of Directors, as Personality of the Year. This gala aims to confer recognition on organizations and individuals who have distinguished themselves within the Quebec wind sector over the past two years.

Developed through a 50-50 partnership between the three Mi'gmaq communities in Quebec and Innergex, Mesgi’g Ugju’s’n is the first wind farm developed jointly with First Nations in the Gaspé Peninsula and will commence commercial operation in December 2016.

The winners will be revealed during the gala which will take place on June 14, 2016 as part of the 10th Quebec Wind Energy Conference organized by the TechnoCentre éolien.
