Innergex Renewable Energy Inc.

Innergex is a leading Canadian independent renewable power producer. Founded in 1990, the Company develops, owns, and operates run-of-river hydroelectric facilities, wind farms, and a solar photovoltaic installation, with more than 120 employees and offices in both Longueuil, Quebec, and Vancouver, British Columbia. Its shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “INE”.
