The Horseshoe Bend Facility is located on the Payette River in Idaho, USA, near the city of Horseshoe Bend and approximately 70 km North of Boise.

With this acquisition, Innergex Power has exercised for the first time its right of first offer on an asset sold by Innergex II, a private entity that develops renewable energy projects.
