Technical data
The Windsor Facility obtains its water from the Saint-François, Magog, Massawippi and Coaticook rivers, whose hydrographic basin stretches some 8,150 square kilometres upstream, and includes the Saint-François, Aylmer and Memphrémagog lakes.
This Facility consists of a run-of-the-river hydroelectric power generating facility with a total installed capacity of 5.5 MW, holding five Kaplan turbines. The expected annual production of electricity of the Windsor Facility is 31.000 GW-hr.
