Management team
Innergex Power Income Fund is managed and administered by Innergex Renewable Energy Inc.
Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. (the "Manager") administers the Fund and manages Innergex Power Trust ("IPT"), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fund, which indirectly owns the assets and investments of the Fund. The Manager also provides management services to ensure the good operation and development of all the Facilities owned by the Fund.
